Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our custom handmade product and for sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or make any exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We accept cancellations, however, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase
